We only accept Visa Debit card payments. Cash only for payments under £30.00. 5% off on any cash payments over £30.00, not applicable for any Treatwell bookings. Treatment offers are not in conjunction with any other offer or discounts.
CancellatioN AND RESCHEDULES
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please make sure it is in excess of 24 hours, otherwise a 50% fee will be charged.
As a courtesy to all our clients, late arrivals will lessen your time spent with us. You will however still be charged the full price for the treatment booked.
Children are welcome in the spa but you will take full responsibility of the children and not disturbing other clients.
All treatments we offer can also be purchased as a ‘course of treatments’. The expiration date on courses are 12 months and they are also non-refundable. Missed appointments will result in treatments deducted from your course.
Gift vouchers are available for purchase, either for particular treatments or for any amount of money. All vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and non-refundable.
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from our spa. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us.
Consultations are free and available for all our Treatments.
Patch Testing Patch testing required for clients who have never had eyelash tinting. A patch test must be carried out 24-48 hours prior to treatment.
We reserve the right to request a 20% deposit in order to secure an appointment that’s over £150. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.
You accept full responsibility for your personal property and belongings while on our premises. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft of any of your personal items. Any goods left and not re-claimed within 3 months will be disposed of.
To be considerate to all other clients, please turn your mobile phone to silent when you arrive for your treatment and not to speak loudly on the phone.
HEALTH CONDITIONS and allergies
Please advise us of any health conditions, medication and allergies you have as this may affect your treatment with us.

All organisations are required to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations. Information relating to this and our processing of data are set out below.
When someone visits our website, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to various parts of the site. This information may only be processed in a way which does not identify an individual to allow us to make sure our website is serving our customers needs. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
APPOINTMENTS AND GIFT VOUCHERS INFORMATION
When you purchase a service or gift voucher(s) in the spa or online, your information including name, address, email and contact number will be stored in our appointment system together with necessary information for us to provide the service(s). We do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
We may ask for consent to send you occasional marketing messages, using email or text messages. You will have the right to opt out of any message you receive with a clear unsubscribe link. Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com to request being removed from such marketing messages. You may continue to receive messages in relation to any transactions with us such as booking confirmations and reminders.
