- Membership is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
- Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Membership benefits are for the named member only and cannot be used by or transferred to any other person.
- Benefits of membership cannot be used to purchase treatments or products at discount on behalf of a non-member.
- Membership discounts cannot be used for the purchase of gift vouchers.
- Membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
- Membership card must be presented at the time of payment to receive discounts.
- Any discounted treatment or product must be paid for in cash.
- There is a £5 charge for any lost VIP membership card that needs to be replaced.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel membership when a member is not abiding by the terms and conditions.
